Hard to believe

I was hoping this app would be what I wanted but so far it has been a nightmare. The nag screen wanting me to review the app froze my screen while I was still trying to learn how to use it!! Now I cant use it at all!! Oh and the other thing that is NOT cool is that AFTER Id written a review, they threw a screen in my face telling me my nickname was already taken and POOF my whole review disappeared! So at this point the ONLY reason its getting one star is because I cant give it a zero. Apparently I have wasted my money on this.
